New England Defensive Training is a school of self defense aimed at providing a high quality, affordable, and understandable education in self defense and first aid in the greater Lewiston and Auburn Maine area and beyond. With a five step model of personal security: Prepare, Recognize, Avoid, Defend, and Aid. We offer classes about first-aid and CPR, Personal Awareness skills and techniques, Hand to hand defensive skills, Applying Self Defense Tools, Firearms Safety, and Defensive use of Firearms. We offer classes for Concealed Carry Permits (CCW) in Maine.
